While we hope you love your purchase as much as we love our products, if for any reason you have had a change of heart we will aim to help you as best as we can.

Returns & Cancellation 

Customers will have 14 days from date of purchase to return unwanted items at the customer’s expense (we suggest using a tracked service in case the returned item goes missing in transit).

The returned item needs to be returned in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy

Once the item has been inspected we will issue a refund excluding our shipping costs to your original payment method. Processing times can vary between card issuers and banks.

Please note that items that have been personalised or bespoke:

  • Wallpaper printed in a specific colourway/type of paper (not available in current collections)
  • Fabric printed in a specific colourway (not available in current collections)
  • Cushions sewn in a specific colourway/size (not available in current collections)
  • Lampshades sewn in a specific colourway/size (not available in current collections)

… are all non-refundable.

Sale items, face masks and samples are non-refundable.

Faulty or damaged items

All Tatie Lou products are made with the greatest of care and attention. If, however, you receive a faulty or damaged product, we will:

  • issue a refund
  • offer a discount
  • or send a replacement

Customers will need to email louise@tatielou.co.uk within 7 days of receiving the faulty/damaged product. You will need to provide us with photographic evidence for us to deal with the issue.
